Oil prices are looking flat but remain above USD 80/bbl on Tuesday morning at a near three-month high after rallying in the previous session on the back of strong equities and a weaker dollar, said players.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 80.84/bbl on the ICE platform, up USD 0.02 on Monday's close.
On Monday, the September Brent contract soared USD 2.64 to settle at USD 80.82/bbl, while in New York the WTI front month contract gained USD 2.39 to USD 81.34/bbl.
