Fear of tight winter supplies pushed gas prices northwards yesterday, and carbon followed suit. Oil prices dipped, however, much due to stronger than expected inventory data in the US.
Both continental and UK gas prices headed northwards yesterday on fears of tight winter supplies. On the NBP curve the December contract gained 2.75 p/th from Tuesday to close at 69.50-69.55 p/th.
