Crude oil prices lost in value yesterday, as some players questioned demand in 2008 due to signs of a weak US economy.
Crude oil for January slipped USD 2.14 to settle at USD 92.25/barrel at Nymex after trading as high as USD 94.85 earlier on Thursday. This morning the contract gained 40 cents to USD 92.65. Meanwhile, January Brent shed USD 1.90 to settle at USD 92.12/barrel on Thursday, and this morning the contract last switched hands at USD 92.75 (+0.63).Gains earlier in the session were attributed to
