The Nordic power market is trading sideways on Tuesday morning as wetter weather forecasts and softer oil and gas prices dampened strong buying interest seen on Monday, players said.
The Q4 10 contract was last seen at EUR 47.80/MWh, up 10 euro cents day on day, while Year 2011 was up 20 euro cents EUR 43.65/MWh at Nord Pool. Trading volumes were low, however, as it was difficult to see any strong trend in the market at present, one Swedish trader said.
