Prices are heading south Wednesday morning, mainly on the back of wetter forecasts. However, the players are uncertain of how much of the forecast precipitation will actually be delivered.
The front quarter was traded at EUR 51.75 early this morning, before climbing to EUR 52.75, down 90 cents from Tuesday's close.The 10 day forecasts are showing around 7-9 TWh of precipitation (160-200 per cent). However, the delivered precipitation yesterday was well below the forecast amount."The market is uncertain due to the weather, and how much precipitation we will get.
