Nordic forwards are falling on Tuesday morning on the back of wet forecasts, a trader said.
The June 2010 contract had lost EUR 1.65 at EUR 44.70/MWh, while the Q3 contract had shed EUR 1.85 at EUR 46.50/MWh. Meanhile, the YR 11 contract had fallen by EUR 1.70 at EUR 44.95/MWh. "Everybody's in a hurry to sell, it's a challenging and volatile market. The uptrend has clearly been broken,” a Finnish trader said, pointing to wet weather forecasts.
