Nordic forwards are falling on Friday morning with virtually all signals pointing down, leaving no room on the upside, traders said.
The Q1 10 contract was last seen at EUR 32.75/MWh, down EUR 0.75, while YR 10 changed hands at EUR 32.55/MWh, down EUR 0.60.
"There's no upside in the short term, with cold weather as the only bull signal. Coal prices are also staying up, but we need a prolonged cold and dry period to lift prices,” a Norwegian trader said. "I believe in more downside for prices,
