The front end of the Nordic power curve is falling further on mild and wet weather forecasts on Tuesday, while contracts further out are being kept up by stronger coal and CO2 prices, players said.
The November contract was last seen at EUR 43.50/MWh, down 26 cents day on day, while the Q1 12 contract was down 10 cents at EUR 45.55/MWh. The front month has dropped EUR 2.30/MWh since Friday.
