Nordic Market - Absolute bear

Prices continue to fall on Thursday on ever more bearish forecasts. However, a Swedish trader expects that we are close to a temporary floor in the front-end of the curve.
The weather is expected to turn very mild next week, and consequently the week-ahead contract has dropped more than 12 NOK/MWh since Monday, trading last at 232.75 (-2.25).  Across the board, the forwards with delivery next year have dropped around 10 NOK/MWh during the week.– I think the fall will abate on the contracts with delivery this winter. The forward contracts are up 2-3 NOK/MWh this morning amid dry forecasts. Liquidity is low, however, and market players seem reluctant to go on a buying spree.
