Market - Dropping back

Initially, the market seemed uncertain on its direction this morning with the price of the V1-03 contract varying some 10 NOKs during the first hour in OTC-trading. Overall, the market is firmly down due to warmer and wetter weather forecasts replacing the bone-dry outlooks from Friday.
For some, the upward movements on Friday and the strong Monday spot of NOK 281.41 indicated a further lift this morning, and the V1-03 was traded at NOK 255 during early OTC-trading, up NOK 4.75 from its record closing on Friday. But the market didn’t agree, and the contract soon corrected sharply down to NOK 245, the level which it has traded around throughout this morning.“

Market - Bullish Friday, V1-03 peaks at NOK 247
Precipitation levels were far below normal in most areas of Scandinavia in October, and today’s forecast indicate a similar start to November. The market’s answer is to climb another level day by day, and a further NOK 10 on Winter1 when the market opens on Monday is likely if the weather forecasts remain the same over the weekend, according to an international trader.
