(Heren Energy) - Zeebrugge gas prices started the week with strong gains in the prompt, which tracked the bullish sentiment at the NBP nearside, although trading was said to have been rather lacklustre, one source citing partial downward pressures on the back of milder weather forecasts.
Traders shrugged off the latest switch of the Interconnector, which was said to have had hardly any effect on today´s trading. Trading interest focussed on Day-ahead, for which deals were reported in a range of 28.30 p/th and 29.00 p/th.The basis widened to minus 0.60 p/th in late trading after having dealt at minus 0.40 p/th and minus 0.45 p/th earlier in the day.
