Oil is slipping on Wednesday morning as the euro fell to a two-year low against the dollar on news of a cut in Spain's credit rating and higher Spanish borrowing costs.
The front month contract for Brent crude North Sea oil was last seen traded on the Ice exchange at USD 106.28/bbl, down USD 0.40 from Tuesday's close.
On Nymex, the July WTI crude contract last changed hands at USD 90.30/bbl, down USD 0.45 on the previous close.
