Oil prices are gaining ground on Thursday after eurozone concerns triggered sharp losses in the previous session, with thin trading resulting in a volatile market, players said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 105.72/bbl on the Ice platform, up USD 0.70 on Wednesday's close, while the WTI January contract on Nymex traded USD 0.21 higher at USD 95.16/bbl.
