Having fallen for most of last week, oil prices made a strong recovery on Friday seeing the front month at Nymex finishing up more than two dollars at 65.35 USD/barrel. Gas and coal also gained in value on Friday while CO2 did not move much from the previous two sessions.
US light crude for September delivery at Nymex settled at 65.35 USD/barrel on Friday, up 2.08 from the previous trading session, but still down 1.65 from the new record reached on Monday.
