Oil prices are rising on Wednesday morning with a drop in US crude inventories providing hope of a pick-up in demand, players said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 69.94/bbl on the ICE platform, up USD 0.64 on the previous close. In New York, the WTI August contract last traded up USD 0.47 at USD 70.36/bbl.
