Oil prices are rising on Friday morning after falling USD 2 in the previous session with Chinese demand and US jobless figures proving support, said analysts.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 82.51/bbl on the ICE platform, up USD 0.68 on Thursday's close.
On Thursday, the Brent front month contract fell USD 1.77 to settle at USD 81.83/bbl, while in New York the front month WTI contract ended USD 1.98 lower at USD 80.56/bbl.
