Prices for crude oil climbed to new heights in Wednesday's session, while the UK gas market saw a sell-off on the prompt.
On the ICE exchange in London , the June contract for Brent crude settled at USD 122.32/barrel, up USD 2.01 on the previous record which was set the day before. The contract opened the session at 120.15, and traded at a high and low of USD 122.78/bbl and USD 119.34/bbl, respectively.
