Oil prices are continuing to rise in early Thursday trading, in line with Asian equity market gains, and also following a sharp decrease in US gasoline stocks, players said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 120.42/bbl on the Ice platform, up USD 0.24 on Wednesday's close, while the WTI May contract on Nymex traded USD 0.20 higher at USD 102.90/bbl.
