Commodities - Coal tests USD 200 level

Fuel prices strengthened across the board on Tuesday, while carbon prices ended the day more or less unchanged.
Coal prices are continuing upwards at full pace, and contracts on the API2 curve gained 3-5 dollars yesterday. Analysts told Montel Powernews that there is no reason for why prices should stop at USD 200/tonne. "We have to prepare ourselves for sustained high prices," said Hans Gunnar Nåvik, senior analyst at Nena.The front quarter settled at a midpoint of USD 198.25/tonne, up five doll
